Anne Troillet’s activities range from employment law to occupational pension plans. Her extensive practice in the field of occupational benefit planning (pensions) has led her to assist public and private pension funds in major structural transformations. She assists local and international private companies, as well as public entities, in all matters concerning their employees, from the drafting of contracts and regulations to individual cases regarding employees. She also assists companies in all steps related to restructuring. Anne Troillet frequently speaks at conferences in her fields of specialty and is the author of numerous scientific contributions, both in labour law and in occupational benefit planning law.

Marie-Christine Balzan is mainly active in the field of labour law and regularly advises both local and international companies on all aspects relating to their personnel, including the drafting of contracts, the implementation of staff regulations, compliance with public law regulations, internal investigations and the implementation of complex remuneration systems (bonuses, profit-sharing schemes, etc.).
